Group Operations Manager
Hi, I’m Laura, Group Operations Manager at threesixfive. I started with the team in 2017 in a part-time content role after having my first baby, and over the years, I’ve worked my way up, through Client Services, to where I am today. Basically, I know this place inside out.
These days, I’m responsible for keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes; from systems and processes to planning and people, my role is about creating structure, clarity, and consistency, making sure the whole business ticks along nicely, even when things get busy (or a little chaotic).
I work closely with all of our teams across the business to improve how we work and find new and interesting ways for us to grow and progress. I’m a big believer in calm leadership, clear communication, and getting the foundations right, because when the operations are solid, everything else flows better. For our team and for our clients.
Outside of work, I’m a mum to two boys, which means my life currently revolves around sports clubs and video games. My creative drive doesn’t stop at the office; I’m usually throwing myself into home renovations and fun DIY projects. I’m permanently busy by choice, a sucker for reality TV and a lover of all things creative.
If something needs organising, streamlining, or calmly keeping on track… chances are it’ll end up on my list.
