A long time ago, when chatbots weren’t a thing, but the frustration of not getting a response to an enquiry on social media was… We thought someone should step in. We decided to build something different. Something human. Initially, it was solving the issues of scripted social media responses.
As time went on, it was then tackling the bot responses. There’s nothing that disconnects you more than a brand reply that feels robotic.
