The Human Advantage.

We didn’t begin with a boardroom strategy or a polished mission statement. We began with a problem that demanded a solution. 

A long time ago, when chatbots weren’t a thing, but the frustration of not getting a response to an enquiry on social media was…  We thought someone should step in. We decided to build something different. Something human. Initially, it was solving the issues of scripted social media responses. 

As time went on, it was then tackling the bot responses. There’s nothing that disconnects you more than a brand reply that feels robotic. You know that feeling, when you have a query, and you’re stuck talking to a chatbot that keeps missing the point, firing back copy-and-pasted replies while you’re thinking, PLEASE, just put a real person on. Yeah. That. 

Automation ruins the genuine connection fans actually want, and every brand needs to build a real community. Even after all these years, we still believe people want to talk to actual people. There are no soulless auto-responses here. Just actual humans who listen, think and connect.

And so that’s exactly who we hired.
