Community Management Team Leader
Hey! I’m Emily. I joined the team at threesixfive as a Community Management Team Leader late last year, but it feels like I’ve been here for much longer! From the outset, I felt welcomed and supported, which made settling into the role both exciting and motivating, and every day here has reinforced that this was the right next step for me.
Although I’m still relatively new to the team, I’ve been so proud to bring a fresh perspective to the team. I love leading the team with enthusiasm and (if slightly loud) laughter, and watching them develop has been one of the most fulfilling aspects of my time here.
Outside of work, I lead a very active lifestyle, being a part of a yoga and pilates class as well as regularly running 10K races. I also love spending quality time with my close friends, as they keep me grounded and help me remember that leaning on people is never a weakness, a lesson that I have also learned by being a part of this wonderful team.
I have loved my time here so far, and I can’t wait to see what the future has in store for me.
