Team Leader
Hey! I’m Callie. I’m one of the Team Leaders here at threesixfive. I joined the team in the summer of 2023 as a Community Executive and was soon promoted when the opportunity arose.
I enjoy leading a team from the front, ensuring that the shift runs as smoothly as possible, as well as helping with other tasks when I’m able to. I love finding out what drives team members and using it to help them achieve their personal work goals while making it as fun as possible. My daily goal is to leave work feeling like I’ve made a difference, whether it be to customers reaching out asking for assistance, or my colleagues.
At home, nothing makes me happier than spending time with my two Labradors. They’re uncle and nephew, with 5 years between them, high energy, full of character and always up for adventures and cuddles. If there’s time after play, cuddles and cleaning, you’ll find me making home improvements, or putting my feet up, playing the odd RPG on PlayStation.
Whether I’m at work or planning the next adventure or project, I always like to have an objective.
