Hi, my name’s Adam.  I’ve been with the company for just under four years, starting out as a Community Executive before progressing to Customer Service Manager, and now working as Live Chat Manager. I’m passionate about delivering great customer experiences and love leading teams that put people first (with a healthy dose of laughs along the way).

Outside of work, I’m football mad and a die-hard West Ham fan. After surviving two major knee surgeries, I now manage a local team, proving that questionable knees won’t stop me shouting from the touchline.

At home, I’m ruled by Milo, my miniature dachshund. When I’m not walking him, you’ll probably find me enjoying a good curry or listening to what I firmly believe is the greatest band in the world: The 1975.

I’m generally considered a bit of a cheeky chap who loves nothing more than cracking a joke, all of which are obviously hilarious (even if I’m sometimes the only one laughing). I also firmly believe The UK Office is the greatest show of all time, and I’m genuinely offended by the US version, yes, I will die on this hill.
