Head of Client Services
Hi, I’m Danni, Head of Client Services at threesixfive. I originally joined the business as Community Management Team Leader in 2020, progressed into an Account Manager role within Client Services, and have worked my way up from there. I’m now heading into my sixth year with the company (honestly, not sure where the time’s gone).
By day, I turn big ideas into real, workable plans. I keep projects moving, people organised, and clients feeling listened to. Outside of that, I’m a mum to two little girls who keep me laughing, learning and permanently busy.
I also teach majorettes, which is more than just dance to me; it’s about building confidence, learning discipline, and moving with purpose. Majorettes played a huge part in shaping who I am growing up, and now I get to pass that passion on to the next generation, which still feels pretty special.
Whether I am coaching, working or parenting, I have a strong mindset; focused, expressive and not afraid to lead.
Outside of work, my partner and family are my centre and my motivation. My girls see me work, teach and show up for what I love, and that means everything to me. Life is full, sometimes messy, usually loud, and always moving, and I would not have it any other way.
I am serious when it counts, sarcastic when it helps, and always unapologetically myself.
